I am a woman and therapist of deeply held beliefs. These beliefs extend to my clients. I stand profoundly convicted that everyone is worthy of living their Big Life. I guide individuals, couples and families down the pathway of total acceptance and this leads to knowing they are safe to use their voice, discover their dreams, and live the life that they desire. By combining the wisdom of my education, my multi-faceted professional life, and my own personal journey, I support clients to identify their goals and develop tools and strategies useful toward achieving those goals.

As a marriage and family therapist my training is specialized to look at the big picture and trace strengths and challenges through generations to guide opportunities for growth. I observe behavioral and communication patterns within families to evaluate their success and assist clients to develop new tools and implement strategies.

My multi-faceted background includes professional, registered nursing, special education and general education teaching. These careers afford me a kaleidoscopic view of my work that is informed by a solid theoretical background. I use all of my experiences as well as my personal background to meet clients as they are.
